Some days are better spent away from the glass table. Needing to finish heart sun catcher examples for instructing an adult workshop the last week of January, I pulled out three different red sheets and was happy to find two different sizes of bevels. Selecting patterns was easy, transferring patterns to glass was easy, and scoring sounded right. I'd heard that sometimes the hot colors can be uncooperative, and today proved it. More red shards went into the trash can than I care to admit. I finally have four heart sets ready to grind but I'm waiting until tomorrow to continue. Walk away, flee the table.
