I've been so glad to have a kiln after not having one for years. Now that it's back I've been really having fun playing around in it in between projects and orders.
Last week I invited friends in and let them make their own necklaces. I cut a few blanks and briefly showed them how to decorate them and let them have-at-it!
Here's some of the ones they picked as their favorite. It was quick, easy and was cool to let them walk away with their own creations.
Aside from that, I've been playing with the sushi dish molds. I want something a little different, a little mis-shaped, maybe even crazy. I kept it pretty simple and conservative for my first set, hopefully i'll have some off the wall ideas for the next ones.
