Yes, it can be repaired. If you can get some ciment fondu (usually available from sculpture suppliers, some times from ceramics suppliers) you can mis it with water to form a paste. Then butter it on the soaked pieces (so the ceramic will not drain the moisture from the ciment fondu). Dry under plastic for at least one day, then air dry for a couple of days. Finally fire to about 750C to cure. If you put more ciment fondu on the bottom on either side of the break or over the whole of the bottom (keeping any air holes clear) that will re-inforce the whole. However it will change the characteristics of the mould, as the ciment fondu holds the heat longer than the ceramic alone does.
