When you use the Connect with Facebook feature, you are able to use your Facebook username and password to connect to Glass Community, saving you from remembering 'another' password. However Connect with Facebook does do things like import your Facebook profile:
The following items are copied from Facebook when you register using Connect with Facebook feature:
- Import your Facebook profile on first sign up
- Add Facebook watermarks on your avatar (i.e. a small "F" symbol)
- Automatically re-import Facebook user profile upon login
- Automatically re-import Facebook user avatar upon login
- Update user status
How do I remove Connect with Facebook?
Once you Connect with Facebook, we cannot 'disconnect' your Facebook connection for you. Individuals need to do this through Facebook itself. See Facebook Applications for further information: http://www.facebook.com/help/?faq=12990.
Removing a Facebook application from Facebook does not remove your profile information on Glass Community - a copy is left on our server until you request removal (see below).
What happens when I remove Connect with Facebook application?
Your account will still be valid on Glass Community and you can use your Facebook username and password to connect however the information above will no longer synchronise e.g. your user status on Facebook, or if you change your password on Facebook it won't change on Glass Community.

Can you reset or delete my Glass Community profile after I remove Connect with Facebook?
We cannot change your profile back to the default or a 'blank' profile. However we can delete your entire profile and you can re-register on Glass Community without using Connect with Facebook feature. Note though this will delete all information e.g. your profile information, friends, messages etc.
