Access to view photos, profiles and friends are controlled by each individual's Privacy settings in their profile.
If you get a message saying "Access forbidden" or "Restricted Access" when you try to view someone else's profile, photos or friends, this means that person has set their Privacy settings to block your access because you are not a "friend" or you are not logged in as a "site member".
By default, the settings are:
- Profile privacy - Friends
- Friends privacy - Friends
- Photos privacy - Site Members
How To Change Your Privacy Settings
To change your own Privacy settings:- Login to Glass Community
- Go to Community -> My Profile
- On your profile page, select Profile -> Privacy. You will see a page similar to below - change the settings as you like:
